About this website and our firm
This web site was developed to not only promote Genet & Martinez, P.C., your Denver Legal Team, but also to provide the Denver and Rocky Mountain Community access to commonly asked legal questions and to provide links to many Colorado legal and governmental websites. We firmly believe that a more informed client results in a more positive attorney client relationship. We hope you enjoy our site, and please feel free to add to our list of FAQ’s by submitting your own questions.
If you have any other questions about a legal matter, please feel free to contact our office to schedule a consultation. Our consultation fees are $60.00 for an hour consultation with one of our three lawyers, with the exception for Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation consultations, which are at no charge to the client.
The main focus of Genet & Martinez, P.C, is to provide top-rate legal services to clients in all areas of law as described in our practice areas. Our attorney’s have a wide range of experience in all of our practice areas, and pride themselves on service and counsel to the client. We have successfully represented clients in many areas, in some cases recovering over a quarter of a million dollars in judgments or settlements. We have also successfully represented criminal clients, and our successes include a recent not guilty verdict in a Sexual Assault case, numerous dismissals of cases based on improper police conduct or lack of legal basis for the case, and successful negotiations to obtain better plea bargains for our clients. While we can not guarantee such results in every case, what we can promise are diligent efforts and high quality representation in every case we handle.
